Easy Beef Tips and Noodles

When I say easy, I mean EASY!

This is a great meal to make up when you want something comforting with out the hassle!

Ingredients:

2 lb. - Stew Beef
1 - 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 – packet brown gravy mix
1 - packet lipton dry onion soup mix
1 – 4 oz can mushrooms (totally optional, I personally HATE mushrooms!)
1 - cup water

Directions:
Add cubed meat to a 9 x 13 inch pan. Don't spray it just toss the meat in!

In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.

Add mushrooms (if you like fungus) and stir to coat. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 Hours.

Do not remove foil until done.

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Servings: 6 - 8

This is by far the best recipe for Beef Tips I have ever eaten! The meat is amazingly tender and the gravy is perfect!

I double the recipe and use the left overs for homemade hash!

  1. I made this tonight but used a flank steak instead of stew beef. It was incredibly delicious! I served it with mashed potatoes and green peas. Next time I may throw it into the crock pot for 8 hours on low instead of the oven but I won't change a single ingredient.
